Problems burning cd

Hi can anyone help i am using the newest version of nero to burn some music to disc i have some cd-rw disc's which i got from tesco work perfect but i bought some cd-r from asda which burn's to 7% then spits the disc out saying there was a error wrighting to disc this has happened 3 times on 24 speed and 2 times on 12 speed anyone know what is wrong with it.

If that is your problem try usiong a different burning rom such as itunes or windows media player, i find that these do the job perfectly every time, it is often the case that the free software does the best job so just stick with the free software and you will be fine.

Although this is a good version of Nero, it's NOT the latest....there has been several updates since, the latest being 7.10.1.0

I would say it's your discs, normally I would criticize anything made by CMC Mag but my Verbatims are made by them and I find them an excellent disc.......try at 32X
