I'm using AnyDVD and CloneDVD. Why, when making DVDs of "The Office", U.S. version, do I lose the ability to turn off the commentary. I can't watch the episodes that had commentary on them because it won't turn off.

Are you removing the 2 channel audio track? This is usually where the commentary comes from. If you remove it, you will not be able to access this track.
