what is that a honey pot?
i see antivirus, but no antimalware. we can try hjt first but you need more software. may take some work. i would use that computer as little as possible until its clean. first we will use hjt, then boot into safe mode to delete some files:

first:

scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked.

select all the 01 items:

safe mode part: copy paste this into notepad and save it so you can find and read it in safe mode.

to reach safe mode tap the f8 key during a computer restart, chsoe first option from list; safe mode.

once in safe mode;
to show all files:

not done yet. possible rootkit. use computer as little as possible and no critical info like financial/passwords etc. pull plug on modem when not in use

Please download ComboFix (by sUBs) from one of the following links:

http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

Save it to the Desktop.
Double-click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.

CAUTION: Do not mouse-click ComboFix's window while it is running.
It may cause it to stall.

When finished, it produces a log.

Please provide the contents of the ComboFix log in your reply--

anyway what is a rootkit? and what does it do
a rootkit can hide from traditional antivirus/antimalware software. its can have one or several functions: allow remote control of your computer, relay spam or html traffic through your computer,kyelogger etc, just about any function-- all with out your knowledge.
good news is dont see one in your logs.
----------------------------
Uninstall Adssite Browser Optimizer via Control Panel - Add/remove, or use the uninstall function located at: C:\WINDOWS\system32\adssite-remove.exe
-----------------------------
Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.

http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe

Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :

* Restart your computer
* After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
* Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
* Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
* Choose your usual account.

* Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
* Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
* It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
* Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
* When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
* Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
* Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt back on the forum with a new HijackThis log
