Hi there
i bought a ps2 recently and found that a modchip is to be used to play backups of games
i got it modified with a modchip and now i can play games

Now, i tried burning game to cd, it burned fine, but when i used it in ps2, after the main screen, two red boxes keep appearing and disappearing creating a never ending loop.

Its not like i m a newbie to computers
i burned it with nero as well as alchohol 120%(data type ps2)

the games i tried are disk 1 ff9, harvest moon back to nature(ps1), road rash jailbreak (ps1).

and have the same results

btw i used cd-rw for the above burning
the images that i have are playing well in emulator

Two things i wanna ask now, can i burn it on cd-r or cd-rw too, and the second thing if i m doing it right why my burned games are not playing on ps2 while a friend of mine's cds are playing fine on my ps2

Convert the DVD booktype to DVD-ROM with Nero.
