I have an old. but still functioning yesss sim card. I wanted to change to a new lower tarif that yesss offers, but without these two numbers I cannot. They told me, if I can tell them 5 phone numbers that I had called from this sim card, they would make the change. However, they said they had no record in their system that I ever used those numbers.
Does anyone have any advice as to how I can get, or change the PIN or PUK without having anything other than the sim card and it's corresponding telephone number??
