I am running 3.71 m33-2 and i have tried 4 different versions of the sims castaway game all seem to have the samer issue they just freeze after a short time i am sure there must be a setting that is wrong on my psp can anyone help all other games are fine

Hi All
If you are running custom firmware go into the recovery menu and the configuration and set umd mode to -sony np9660 no umd - this solved the problem for me been playing for a week with no probs

Bought my son and daughter a PSP slim & lite for Xmas, opened it yesterday and they have both tried playing Sims2 castaway. On both the PSP consoles the game locks and freezes as they get onto Pier Beach. Anyone know if thats a problem wit the game itself or.....?

I had the same problem, u just need to update it!!!! :) I took it to the shop cause i thought there weas something wrong with it, but u can do it yourself!!
