Not much information there. What is the make and model of your burner? Do you have the latest firmware installed? What type and brand of media are you trying to burn? What program are you using when trying to burn?

You could try a lens cleaner or compressed air to clean it out, but your burner may be headed south.

There are two separate lasers in your burner. The one for CD burning may have burned out.
