Hey guys I want to dump my snes and n64 games on my pc as roms does anyone know how to do that and what software and hardware do I need?

Just download the roms from rom sites, it wont matter, cuz you own the actual game.

You try telling that to the authorities... ;-)
For legal reasons I can't tell you publicly how to gain access to these files, but what you need to do is grab an emulator program and then the ROM for the game off the net. That's all you should need.
For the Snes you can find the ROMs in a large number of places. Use the emulator Snes9x.
For the N64 there are a couple of places you can find the ROMs. Use the emulator Project64.

yeh but all my games are esi protected so I can't get them so I want to make them my self

All of them? That sounds very unusual. Have you tried searching through proper ROM Sites anyway? The list is very comprehensive? Which games are you looking for?
