i was just wondering if anybody knows the exact mesurements for the inner and outer circle to acheive a edge to edge print without the annoying white cirle around the edge of the disc

anyway paper labels are a bad idea. use an inkjet printer or a sharpie

It varies due to the disc manufacturer. I start out at 19mm for the inner hub & 118mm for the outer and adjust after each printing. In a short while you end up with the settings for each of the media you print to.
