Annoying configuration popup

Everytime I right click on anything, a popup box tells me that windows is configuring Symantec AntiVirus. The same goes when I hit the delete button. I did two full scans, and a quick one to check whether there are any in my computer. Up to now, I haven't found any.

Any ideas how this might be fixed?
