Rundll32 problem on Vista

and error message reading rundll32 error "stopped working, close now?" keeps popping up. I recently downloaded Steam, and it also seems that the message only pops up when I am running DVD9 files off my HDD with PowerDVD. I am manually running a disk defrag and a McAfee virus scan now to see if it will solve the problem.

Any ideas on, if not a fix, at least an explanation as to what's up?
