So as usual I was searching for a solution to a dilemma when I got caught up in another thread. I no longer remember the original goal but, now have a new one. I was hoping to speed my dl speed with BC. I found a guide (The cause of my distraction) and tried to follow it. Following the links got me to here

the guide said to adjust the settings as recommended. I just can't find where to adjust. Any help is appreciated.
