Nokia Luna ... Code from Operator wont work?

Hey got a Nokia Luna Locked on t-Mobile... they gave me the unlocking code a 15 digit code... when i put my sim card in it says "enter unlock code" .. But whern i put it in it says code error? Can anyone help.. how do i unlock this phone. drivin me mad..

First. You should confirm the code with T-Mobile.
Can you confirm it is working on T-Mobile?
How many times have you tried to enter the code?
What SIM are you trying to use?
What was the last message after you entered the code.

Just to confirm;
What are the messages (in order) that you get when you turn on the phone.
Country you T-Mobile Network is in.
The code you tried.
