I'm looking for a TV tuner for my PC that will record HDTV directly from an HDMI or Component Cable. All the tuners I've see so far only have an off-air HDTV, and analog cable tuner. It would be great if the recorder encoded directly to a wide range of formats aswell like WMV and MPEG. Thanks.
