up until recently everything on computer is fine... then one day dvd decrypter won't read anything.

I then tried to load a movie dvd and open it with my computer...

my drive indicates that there is no disk in the drive.

however, the drive will still indicate data discs are present. just not movie dvds...

HELP! PLEASE HELP!

when you say Movie DVDs..... do you mean store bought DVDs or do you mean the ones you burned already?

DVDDecrypter is an old program now. It hasn't been updated for years so it's not going to read all the newer DVDs out there!

sometimes Windows wont' recognize disk in MY COMPUTER but will play them just the same in Windows Media Player or any other player you might have. I have seen where Windows recognizes my DVD burner as a CD drive but still plays the DVD! go figure.
