Hillo! I'm new to this website and i was just wondering if there's a software that will change the dialogue or subtitles to Vietnamese for any video format?

I don't know of any.
Have you checked to see if the subs are available?

attar,
I have a question for you. I have the movie "The Bourne Ultimatum" in AVI format, converted it to DVD using ConvertXtoDVD. I downloaded the subtitles (.srt) and injected it to the movie. However, my problem is the subtitles only show in the very beginning of the movie and not for the whole duration. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.

I can't really say.Unless it's something weird like there are two files and they aren't joined properly.
Is there only one file?
Failing that, perhaps if you load the .srt into 'Subtitle Workshop' (it will automatically load the AVI) and scroll through the movie to verify that they all show at the correct time.

Here, perhaps a little visual aid can help.

By the way, what is subtitle workshop? Is this a component of ConvertXtoDVD? Thanks again.

Subtitle Workshop is a subtitle conversion/editor .

Your pic shows the subs having 703 entries.I don't think thats enough.
Open the .srt file in Notepad and see if they match the running time of the movie.
Download another sub file for that movie and compare.

attar,
I tried your suggestion. I also downloaded the subtitles from the link you provided. I now have more than 1,000 entries. I've opened the .srt file with Notepad and I've noticed that there is a 10 minute discrepancy as opposed to the actual duration of the movie displayed on ConvertXtoDVD. I am now processing the subtitles via Subtitle Workshop in the hope that it'll meld with the movie. Another question, where can I download the codecs for this great app? I've got audio and subtitles but no video?

If the video and subs (same name)are in the same folder the video comes in automatically - no extra codec required.
Subtitle Workshop does not merge the subs into the movie.
Use the new download with ConvertX.

I know I'm doing something wrong here. I am using the subs you gave me, but for some reason I'm still dealt with the same problem. Another thing, I was referring to the codecs for Subtitle Workshop. I have audio and streaming subs, but no video. Sorry for the confusion.

If you are referring to the operation of Subtitle Workshop, simply load the .srt subtitles.
If those subtitles are in the same folder as the AVI and both have the same name (myfile.avi myfile.srt)then the movie loads automatically.
If it does not load, click 'Movie' and 'Open' it.

If you want to verify the output of ConvertX, opt not to write a DVD let it output to a folder.

Use your media player to open the output folder and check the subs.

attar,
Alright, I'll give it a shot. Media player classic should play the movie with subs with no problem right? Thanks.

Yes, it should start the subs automatically.

attar,
I've finally had the patience to watch the entire movie! I just discovered that the subtitles are off. I know that this is a common problem with ConvertXtoDVD. Keeping this in mind, I know that you could probably help me fix the problem now. LOL!
