What do you mean "slow"? jumping?
Where do you want to play it? satandalone/computer
Try this first:
1) Download & install this:
Daemon tools
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/portal/download.php?mode=Download&id=34 2) on taskbar right-click the Daemon Tools icon and open your bin file. a virtual cd rom will be created, that can be opened as a ready SVCD.
3) play the created irtual cd, and check the movie. If problems appear, do not fault Nero, becouse the mpg file is bad.

SVCD? Burn with something else like Alcohol 120%. If the problem persists it may be your DVD player - http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers
Can you give me a better description of what is happening?

Usually bin/cue movie files you download are svcd. Are you sure your DVD player is SVCD compatible? Check "Google" for "dvd player compatibility".

PLS do what I told U above, this is the way to help. If that way the CD works, the problem is with the standalone, or the writing process.

1. Have you played VCD and SVCD in your DVD Plsyer before?
2. If SVCD, was it VBR encoded?
3. Do you run a lot of programs like p2p apps while you are burning? and What burn speed are you using?
4. Did you check out http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers to see what your dvd player supports yet?
