looks like vista. dont see anything that looks like malware in the log, but a clean hjt log isnt always conclusive evidence. i see antivirus but no anti-malware app in the log other than defender. if you think you have a malware issue you can try one more resident antimalware app or do a online scan.

"accept" the License Agreement, click "full system scan"
