How do i boot cdr on my chipped ps2?

About 3 years ago i got my ps2 chipped.. anyhow i dont know what kind of chip i have.. i press reset button two times to play burned ps2 games..

but ive tried everything on how to boot cdr and i know my ps2 can play them cus about 3 weeks ago i used the snes emulator and it worked.. but i completely forgot how to boot them ... now i cant boot any cdr.. can anyone help a noob out? ill be happy to answer questions if neccesary

Well, if you've Matrix; insert the disc, turn the console off and hold the power button 2seconds and release it. Now it would be work.

if it doesn't, insert the disc and press 2x on power.

Note: this works for matrix V2.
