That depends what it's being used for. For games it certainly isn't, it's far too slow. For a media centre it should suffice. However, there are far cheaper and better offers elsewhere, like this for example:

You can find much better deals online.

and check out their video card selection. It's much much better than circuit city.

which is better than what you are getting from circuit city.
