Ripping 'Black Book'

Been ripping films for ages now using dvd decrypter, dvd shrink or dvd fab depending on source. Have just tried ripping Black Book using all three of the above with no success. It is a region 0 original. Anyone got any ideas as to why this film will not copy? Any suggestions as to what ripping software will work please?
