Will Unlocked T-Mobile Nokia 6133 work on AT&T?

I have an opportuntiy to purchase a 6133 unlocked by T-Mobile but I wanted to find out if texting etc. will function on the AT&T network.

I heard that the phone may need to be flashed to have all the features function on a network other than T-Mobile. Something to do with the T-Mobile browser?

Please let me know if you have any info on this.
