The new socket775 quad core mobo's have only one ide slot, what are my options!

i have 4 ide hdd's and one ide dvd burner.

also the only pci expansion i found was only two slots extra for ide's.

anything else out there?

or a good branded mobo like asus that has more then one too two slots for ide?

Well, one solution is to run one of your hard drives and your DVD burner off the same cable, then get a 2 port PCI card and run the other three hard drives off that. (The Master OS drive on its own, the other two drives off the other cable).
A far better solution is to upgrade all your hard drives to S-ATA.
