if i have a phone that can take a sim card, but does not use one for the system it is used on, can it be unlocked and use a sim card. like i have a phone locked on the virgin wireless network, which does not use sim cards, but the phone can take one, how do i unlock it and can it be done so i can use it on t-mobiles network?
