I cannot help because I'm in Australia but I was happy to see some Verbatim dual-layers at a DSE store and they are slowly getting cheaper... the price was criminal not so long ago but they are getting fair now
some people are turning away from the TDKs myself included - quality issues - stick with the Verbatim or the famous Taiyo Yudens

yeah the TDK most likely will code out a cmc mag , not good stuff for most people. so TY or Verbatim is the best choice
