Ok... Let me start off by saying that I'm sorry if this has already been posted. My method seems somewhat different from the stickied post (and to me, somewhat easier). I like my movies copied in perfect quality, so I don't shrink my movies at all. I decrypt them to a full-size iso and then burn them to dual-layer dvds.

Open up DVD Decrypter (im using 3.5.4.0, but it should work with other versions).

Go into Tools -> Settings -> I/O. Under the Options section, change Software Read Error Retries to 0 and check Ignore Read Errors.

Then simply rip the DVD in ISO Read mode. It will take a long time (around 1 to 1.5 hours to rip using my laptop) because it slows way down while trying to read the bad sectors. The final ISO ignores the bad sectors and gives you a good ISO.

I used this method successfully with Ratatouille and United 93 and was able to burn them with ImgBurn to DVD+R DL with no errors.

If i remember correctly there's a long and detailed thread here somewhere, and i'm sure the upshot was that this method ie ISO mode in itself ie without any clever stuff ie other programs, to get around nasty protections, wasn't to be fully trusted. I'll dig around for it...

Not the thread i'm thinking of, but here's a couple excellent threads so far -
