Nero 7.8 Problem

Hi im new to the forum and i was wondering if anyone could assist with my problem.

I been using this Nero 7.8 burning software for a about 3 months now. And everything has been working great until last night. When i was getting ready to burn a movie , first i view it in Nero to make sure its a good copy before i put it on disk. When i viewed it , it seem to have some kind of delay in the words. I can hear the words but the actual people on the screen were delayed like a old karate flick lol. i was wondering if anyone has every ran into this? And if so what did you do to correct the problem? Is there something i can reconfigure in the tools options to get it working correctly again? And i did not burn The nero software from another site its legit i purchased it from best buy. Thanks in advance.

Hi hustle32
Welcome to aD
1st try previewing the file w/ another viewer like windows media player or VLC. Make sure the file itself doesn't have the audio sync problem.

Update to the latest version of Nero 7 - 7.10.1.0.
This version fixed some of the audio sync problems that viewing or using Vision had.
