The problem of submitting DVD media scans to discussion forums has the downside that the submitted scans are poorly organized and not so easily found. For this purpose BitBurners are developing MediaBase - a database for your DVD media quality scans.

Consider MediaBase as the "Flickr for media scans". It provides users with a search engine, friendly URLs to your scan results (convenient for linking scans from forums), and a chance to do neat comparisons in between drives and media.

Today we have released a major update to version Beta 2, which introduces plenty of changes to the service. Users are encouraged to test the service and submit their scans - the more scans we have, the more can be learned from the results!
