I am looking for a program or more likely multible programs to create subtitles in english and spanish on podcasts (or a video converted to podcast). I've tried looking on the web, but was plastered with programs that are probably mostly junk. What are some good programs to look at. I'm looking to spend less than a couple thousand dollars in total. Most of the work will be done by volunteers, so I would like it also to be "monkey flipping the switch" easy. Thanks for any help you can provide.
