hi im trying to copy a disc it keeps copming up disc failed

it doesn't seem to be recognizing your media properly...maybe the firmware update will help

hi d/l update 1.22 as suggested but im getting message saying hardware revision is not matched. can you help thanks again

hi :)

you will get this message if you have tried to flash the dvr-112 firmware instead of the dvr-112D firmware
(even though both drives have the same firmware version 1.22)
whilst searching for the drive your comp cross references with the firmware it is trying to load and the drives installed on your comp, which it will not find a match for because of the extra D on your drive...and will give you the "hardware revision is not matched" error
