My girlfriend just replaced her screen on her 30gb ipod but now the sound does not work any idea's on ways i can solve this problem

i know you dont have much to go on butanything will help

go into settings and make sure your volume limiter is not turn down, if she just replace her lcd it may be that when they took the ipod apart, they forgot to reconect the headphone jack back into the main board inside the ipod.
