Failed to apply patch in WoW

My computer recently crashed, and well, I lost it all. So we bought a new harddrive, and got it working again. I want to play WoW, so I installed it, patched it, installed Burning Crusade, and now when I try to update it, it says "Failed to apply patch" theres some other stuff, but its just like contact them. So, I deleted the WTF folder, tried again... Still persists. I looked on the WoW forums, and it says to run as Administrator. Thats the problem, I am the administrator. This is the only user account, and it is Admin. I am using Windows XP SP2.

Any help, please?

P.S. The current Patch, is 2.0 I think. Can I just get the patch via HTTP?
