difference between ezflash ,MS ds and R4 DS

I am just after joining this forum and I am not very tech savvyso could someone explain to me the difference between Ezflash ,MS DS and RS DS and which is the best one to get

There is really not much difference between the 3. Only thing is the r4 and m3 are more popular than ez flash and as a result will be easier to get help with. Then the difference between r4 and m3 is that r4 gets updates faster than m3, but only by like a couple of days. In the end I would recommend either an m3 or an r4, whichever you can get cheaper.
