Nero 7 Files wont play on Nokia 95

I have used Nero Recode to create MP4 files of my Friends Series 8 dvd. I wish to play this on my Nokia N95.
When I try to play the video it just plays the sound track.
Can someone please advise how I can get Recode to produce the correct flavour of MP4 file for my N95.
