New roms won't work

I've been using my M3 DS for over a year, have played and beat a bunch of games on it. Until receintly I had no problems with it.

Two recent backups I've loaded up on it, Mario Party DS and Flash Focus don't work. I can select them from the game list but when they try to load I get an error message saying Bad Data or something to that effect.

I have a couple cards, both M3 and R4 and both have this problem. I've gotten the latest firmware off M3's site and still no luck.

It seems that this issues only happening with newly released backups. Anyone else having this issue?

I have no problem running both games on my R4DS v1.12. Update your kernel to this most current version if you haven't already done so.
