Swap Magic Help!!

I recieved my Swap Magic discs today. I got 2.0 for the DVD and 3.2 for the CD. The CD runs fine, but the DVD won't load the actual Swap Magic program. It is detected and everything, but nothing shows up after the Ps2 logo... Please help asap!
