I was just wondering if any body has used any of these 2 card and could tell me which one is better becouse i have both of them at home and i can keep one of them for a while until i get some more money to buy a better one?

Yep i hv the same conclusen that the X700 is faster . Also what kinda good graphic card can i get which is about $100?

how bout something good which is less then 120 as my shipping is gonna be a lot as i leave in Africa.

Are there no places in your country where you can buy PC parts from?
As for overclocking the X700 Pro, you can try, but you won't get much of a benefit, 5 to 10% tops I expect.

There are but they really expensive almost 2 time more expensive then ebay. So i guess am gonna wait until i sell the X700 and then i will get something better how is the X1950 or the geforce 8500 or what is the best option that i can get which is less than $120?

An X1950 is vastly more powerful than an 8500GT. An 8500 is probably not much faster than the X700 Pro you've already got. If you can find an X1950 Pro that's probably your best option.

Is there a big difference between the 512 and the 256MB X1950 Pro ?

A reasonable difference, yes. You ideally want the 512MB version.
