Hi my thanks to NoLimit04 for the unlock code for my nokia 6103b
it seems there have been to many unlock attempts as it reports cannot undo restriction.
I don't want to give up on this phone, can any one please help me with some data cable, software, and driver suggestion.

It's not possible to unlock the 6103 by cable and PC with software because there isn't any software for DCT 4 type phones.

You will need to take or send to a professional that has the equipment and special cables for unlocking.
