Everytime i restart my computer the clock is set back to
12:00pm january 1st 2003!!!!
What do i do

This might be a dead CMOS battery... open your case and see if the battery is loose (it's a nickel sized round silver battery on your motherboard). You might have to replace it...

moved to correct forum as not a windows problem. battery is most likely a cr2032.
