The Witcher problems loading.............!

My problem is everytime I want to load a save game or start a new one, this game hangs in the loading screen. It shows loading but thats it. The game iiself responds because if you go to task manager it doesnt said "not responding" plus if you end process and go back to the game it would show an option to quit the game. The game was working before I save when you make the potion to save the girl. Already try to uninstall and install the game a couple of times, erasing everything including in the registry. Also disable all spyware and antivirus including Windows firewall and bitdefender. I am up to date on drivers andwindows hotfixes. I can run games like COD4, Crysis, Stalker, WOC, etc. My specs are Vista 32bit Home premium, Intel q6600, evga 8800 gts, 2gb corsair mem, mobo EVGA nforce 680i, any ideas????
