Nobody seems to be doing HJT logs in here at the momment and I'm not an expert but I've found this site helpful

looks like you had something at one time.
i see anti virus, firewall but dont see a anti-malware app. you should have at least one on your computer. i would get one of these:

superantispyware
AVG antispyware
Lava Soft's Ad Aware
Spybot search and destroy

trendmicro:
start HJT, click the "Scan" button. check the items below, close any open windows, then click "Fixed checked"

you can check all the items that have "no file or file missing" at the end.
