Subtitle Workshop Playback Problem

Hello there,
I used to write here quite a while ago, but tight schedule kept me from being active for a long time.
I have a video file (MP42 codec ) which plays back fine on WMP and SubMagic (which I never used by now). However, when using Subtitle Workshop I can hear the audio, but cannot view the video.
Any ideas about viewing the file on SW?
Thanks a million,

Hi Pryme,
Thanks, I figured it's a codec problem, and maybe it's just me, but I tend to be suspicious towards codec packs (malware etc.).
Is it safe to install such packs (and if I have some of the codecs installed already)?
Thanks a lot,

Thanks a lot,
zoolu,
I understand your reluctance. Get it from this site and you'll have nothing to worry about.
