New guy help...converting WMA-MP3

I'm new to this stuff. Have a few questions if ya can help me out.
-What should my size difference be after converting a CD (WMA) to MP3?
I'm getting close to the same MB on a full CD from WMA-MP3. I realize there are variables so here's what I have. I want to achieve CD quality in my MP3s.
-Ripping with Windows media player sat at 192kbps
-Converting with Xilisoft MP3 WAV converter 2.1 With the following settings active
-Version: MPEGI
-bitrate min: 192
-mode: stereo
-quality: normal (q=5)
-on the fly ancoding is checked
-VBR method: disabled
-output sample rate: 44100
There are a few setting not active like VBR quality,ABR (kbps) and bitrate max
