After a virus caused my computer to crash, I restored the system to the way it was before I installed Nero Ultra. I attempted to install Nero by opening a setup file in a copy of the Nero setup disk. Some programs such as Nero Recode and and Nero Express2 were missing even though the agreement stated that these programs were in the package and I used them before the virus disrupted everything.

Download the Nero CleanTools from their website. It will track down and get rid of their old files and folders. Search for more of them on your own and get rid of them too. Have somebody (who knows what they're doing) remove all traces of Nero from your computer's registry.

when it's all gone, reinstall your Nero software from scratch...
