Phillips 42pf5331 Plasma blank screen!

Iv just bought a new Phillips 42pf5331 Plasma Screen and the screen is blank. You can see that the plasma is on, but the screen is just black. I think it is possibly jammed on one of the AV channels and i cannot change it. I dont know what AV channel it might be jammed on (if the AV channel being jammed is the problem). There is sound coming out of the plasma,just that the screen is black and i dont know what to do. Can anybody help me? If you can then lease reply.
