Having errors when burning DVD+R DL

Hi, a little bit more than a year ago I bought a Plextor 760A burner, which burns all kind of DVD (except DVD-RAM). It has been under heavy use all year long and has not given me a failed burn under optimal conditions (using the best quality DVD'S taiyo yudens and verbatims). But a little ago I went to burn DVD+R DL and I started having problems, or i might get a burn error in the middle of the burn, or it will burn perfectly but when I scanned for PI/PO errors those numbers would be on the sky (and even some PO failures), so Im wondering what I may it be.
Dont think I already googled the problem but I dont find any specific information, and Im really worried because I have like 5 Dual layer Dvd's waiting to be burned but until I solve this problem I cant burn them.
I have burned aproximately 7 dual layers when this problem started, When I used Verbatim (MKM), I burned 6 of them, 2 of them failed completely in the middle of the burn, the others had PI/PO numbers really high.
I used Ritek Dual layer, It burned perfectly but PI/PO numbers were really high again.
Today I tried used RICOHJPN media, and it did not even start the burn.
Just to clarify I used the MKM on a friends burner and it burned perfectly with almost a perfect PI/PO scan when I did it on my burner.
I usually burn with NERO 7.5, but I also tried using DVD decrypter in one case and got the same problem, and just to clarify Im still being able to flawlessly burn single layer DVDS (which give me almost perfect PI/PO scans) and Rewritable DVDS without a single problem.
I dont know if it might help, but this is the Nero log for the failed RICOHJPN burn that I tried today (it did not even start):
