where can i download COGSWAPLOADER EXPLOIT

i found this link here that teaches how to make cogswap exploit but i can't download the files i need the files i need are
SYSTEM.cnf
expinst.elf
cdvd.irx
title.db
and i need some help with the command prompt i keep getting error messages
I would also like to know if a ps2 disk to start cogswap

This guy wrote a good tutorial on making the installer disc and has a link for the files you need.guide

Sorry mate, it has to be a ps1 game. Shrek 2 is a ps2 title. Just go down to a second hand store, and you should be able to find some ps1 games with really low prices. Any ps1 game will do.
