I have been trying for two days (about 5 hours total) to prepare a hd for uograding in my ilo dvdrhd04. Vista won't allow my to format FAT32, XP won't recognize the drive, I took it to a computer store and had them format, the ilo won't recognize it, I've tried all jumper configurations and no jumper at all, no luck. I just bought a new 320gb hd to start over. Before I screw this one up, is there anyone who would be so kind as to prepare it for me? I will send it and pay for return shipping and not hold you responsible for anything that might go wrong with either the hd or my iLo. I'll be here....Thanks. -John in San Antonio
