downloads not opening K800i

downloaded 3 themes and a vid clip.They saved in Media Album/Other.
In information the 2 themes show as file type:nth, 1 shows as file type sis.
The postman Pat file does show any file type.
The icon with them all shows a box unpacking.
How do I unpack these files..???? I take it I need some type of extraction tool.
They work fine on my desktop.:(
