Hi All..

I recently purchased a downloaded version of Nero 8 to replace the version which was given to me, which turned out to be a bootleg. When I was using the boot version, everything worked great. But now when I'm creating a DVD project in NeroVision, the response time is horrible. When I am trying to navigate to a particular folder where a video is in, it takes forever to get to that folder because the response time is very slow. And when I do find the file, it also takes forever for the "import" process to begin.

Any suggestions? I disabled Nero Scout thinking that was the problem, but nothing changed.

if you went over an old version you can remove all the old one and do a clean install of nero8
what did you have before heres a link which has several clean tools
just write down you serial # for later use.

I did forget to mention that I did use the clean tool and did a fresh install.

The only thing they can answer here is .. DID you use the clean tool ??

Nero Is Too Big and cannot burn good quality cd's..
50% is for the trashcan and the other 50% keeps jumping around.

Use Ashampoo... NO PROBLEMS and 100% TOP QUALITY...
